A year after these photos were taken, Council decided it was grossing out The Hill set walking their doggies and so imposed dreaded "zero tolerance" approach.

Loft Youth Venue proposed allowing artists 3 sections: community mural, senior artist, and freeform. With warnings painted on the change shed against stepping outside the agreement.
